T.L. Clauff – Chief Executive Officer
Terry is CEO of Dial Properties, Co., and a Principal in Dial Companies Corporation, the holding company of the Dial Organizations. He joined Dial in 1969 and became President of the Management, Marketing, and Leasing division in 1975. In the late 1970’s, the Dial Companies transitioned to commercial development in shopping centers and office buildings. During this period, and the succeeding 20-year period, Dial purchased, developed and redeveloped shopping centers in a 18-state region, accelerating the company to national recognition and rankings in the industry. In 1991, he formed a division of Dial Properties that has renovated and redeveloped apartments and shopping centers averaging over $5 million per year in annual gross revenue. In 1996, he formed a department to co-develop single tenant buildings for clients such as Staples, Walgreen’s, and 24 Hour Fitness Centers.
Current goals for Dial Properties are to expand their portfolio of owner development management in the retail and multi-family segments of commercial real estate, engaged in a minimum of five separate commercial development projects per year.
Brian Reilly – Vice President, Management
Brian serves as Vice President of Management at Dial Properties, supervising daily operations of the property management, marketing, accounting, reporting, and information systems departments. He joined Dial Properties as Director of Retail Malls in 2001, managing the field staff and financial performance of eight enclosed malls.
Brian’s previous experience includes principal in a mortgage brokerage firm and several years in marketing. Brian is President of the users’ board for the Property Management and Accounting Software (PMAS) Users’ Group and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Steve Toth – Vice President, Operations
Steve is currently Vice President of Operations for Dial Properties. Steve joined Dial Properties in 1997 as Tenant Finish and Development Coordinator and was elevated to Director of Operations in 2001. He supervises projects for the company as well as all major improvements throughout the portfolio; this includes planning and implementing redevelopment opportunities for existing properties.
Steve also oversees the daily operations of the property managers and budgeted facilities management procedures. In addition, Steve reviews and coordinates all construction documents and projects associated with Dial’s retail centers and acts as liaison between ownership, tenants and city officials.
Matt McCombs – Director of Leasing
Matt serves as the Director of Leasing for Dial Properties and is responsible for leading the commercial leasing staff. Matt’s department leases the existing retail and office portfolio for the company’s portfolio, provides sales and leasing services for third-party clients, and works with the development team on leasing new ground-up projects.
Matt joined Dial Properties in 2005 after spending more than seven years in property management for General Growth Properties and Simon Property Group.
