Dial Properties, one of eight Dial Companies based in Omaha, Nebraska, provides management and leasing services for a wide range of clients including individual investors, insurance companies, and partnerships owned by Dial Companies.

The Company currently leases and manages nearly four million square feet of commercial real estate including open-air centers, enclosed malls, office buildings, and residential communities, located primarily in the middle market regions of eleven Midwest states from Michigan to Colorado.

Dial Properties has built strong relationships with a large number of national and regional retailers. We leverage these relationships to target tenants that will operate successfully at a specific property.

Dial Properties' clients have included Ohio National Life, Pacific Mutual, Mutual Benefit Life, ITT Real Estate Services, Northwestern Mutual Life, J.E. Robert Companies, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Resolution Trust Corporation.
